A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

As an athlete my whole life I know the impact that personalized, tailored attention can have on an athlete. I grew up playing Baseball as a coach's kid and transitioned into playing Football and throwing Shot Put on the Track and Field team in high school. After high school I was on my collegiate Track and Field team as a Shot Put and Hammer throws specialist. Since then, I've been mostly training and competing in Powerlifting. My all time best lifts are a 507lb squat, a 385lb bench press, and a 606lb deadlift. I have been blessed with some great coaches along my athletic journey, but I also know that I never lived up to my full potential without the individual attention that looking back I wish I had. As a Certified Personal Trainer, my goal is be that coach for you, your kids, or whoever needs it.

 

Whether your goal is to excel on the football field, dominate at your next powerlifting meet, or be able to keep up with your kids running around the yard, I can help you reach your goals with the amount of attention and focus you deserve and need. As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. Let's get into the forge and sharpen some iron.
